Private Equity to Increase Company Products
Running a business is not easy. Most of companies in the world now have to face a fund problem. To produce a good or a service, they need to find investors to trust their money to be used as financial capital. Because of this problem many companies couldn’t find way to increase their product or even end up in bankruptcy.
Sometimes the owner of the company avoids stock exchange or public trade because it sells to public, it may seem too risky. There is other way to get infestation, it is by private equity. It is consist of fund or infestation without sold in public, but directly in the company. The fund in private equity will be used as capital to increase the basic needs of company. For example, increase new technology; hire a professional, increase income, etc.
In Private Equity, there are some investment strategies that applied in the companies. There are venture capital, growth capital, mezzanine capital, leveraged buyout, and distressed investment. Those strategies are used in different kind of company. For example venture capital that applied in the early development company. By venture capital, the private equity firm will used their fund to make a new method of marketing, new products, and new technology. Those methods are some way to increase products.
